Your User Name for this portal is your five-digit College registration number and the password is your date of birth (MMDDYYYY).

All logins for the 2012-2013 Professional Issues Self Assessment (PISA) have been reset so that your User Name is your registration number and your Password is your date of birth (MMDDYYYY).

You will have received an email in December 2012 from the College with the subject line Complete your 2012-2013 Professional Self Issues Assessment (PISA). That email contains your User Name and Password should you have forgotten it. You can also click on the Forgot Your Password button below.
